The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Director of Finance, month-end close, and AP. involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, conducting cyclical audits, and assisting in all department needs. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant at Cottonwood Healthcare located in American Fork, UT. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, conducting cyclical audits, and assisting in all department needs. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to analyze financial information and generate reports
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and Long-term Care industry a plus
