Senior Accountant

Job description
We are looking for a Bilingual (in Mandarin) Sr. Accountant to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. This role involves overseeing the company's financial reporting, compliance, payroll, invoicing, receivables, and other miscellaneous accounting functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the parent company's financial team to provide accurate financial information, analysis, and advice to support business decisions.Responsibilities:• Oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations for all financial and accounting activities.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.• Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.• Facilitate customer account set-ups, invoicing, and manage receivables.• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and assess any changes necessary.• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.• Analyze financial data and create reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties as required.• Advise on financial analysis and decision-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, and other business opportunities.• Implement and utilize QuickBooks Online accounting software and systems to enhance efficiency.• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
