We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, an eye for detail, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to our collections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Concept Development: Develop design concepts for new collections based on seasonal trends, market demands, and brand aesthetics.
• Sketching and Illustrations: Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings of designs.
• Fabric and Material Selection: Choose appropriate fabrics, embellishments, color palettes, and trims for each design.
• Prototype Development: Work closely with the pattern makers and sample makers to create prototypes and ensure designs are accurately realized.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive brands.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other designers, merchandisers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development and brand representation.
• Fittings and Adjustments: Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to garments to ensure the best fit and finish.
• Presentation: Present design ideas and collections to stakeholders, including detailed reports and visual boards.
• Production Oversight: Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
• Market Research: Perform market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for new products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,64+.43 - ₹38,731.72 per month

Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Fashion design: 1 year (Preferred)
