Senior Accountant Job Summary

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities. We are looking for candidates who are proficient in SAP and possess extensive experience in full-cycle accounting. This position requires a candidate who can work 100% onsite.

Key Senior Accountant Responsibilities
• Perform complex bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Prepare and post detailed journal entries as part of the accounting cycle.
• Provide support during the month-end closing process, including preparing financial statements and reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve accounting issues.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and help foster a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications For The Senior Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Accountant role within a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong proficiency with SAP and thorough knowledge of full-cycle accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
