Senior Accountant Role

Senior Accountant Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Monthly reconciliation of general ledger balance sheet accounts
• Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
• Prepare P&L forecasts, cash flow projections, and trend reports
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of fixed assets and depreciation
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor management
• Act as a liaison with the CPA firm and PEO
Senior Accountant Qualifications
• Preferred degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, project accounting preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication and collaboration skills
