Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team at Goibibo. As a Remote Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our users. This is a full-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding their bookings, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related queries.
2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our website and mobile app.
3. Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their preferences and needs.
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
1. Energetic personality with a driven attitude towards customer service excellence.
2. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments.
3. Ability to research and find solutions to customer inquiries efficiently.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
