Salary: up to $70,000/year, DOE

Responsibilities
• Perform daily bank account and general ledger account reconciliations
• Manage the full cycle accounts payable process including:
• Working with business leads on new vendor setup
• Performing research on payables as requested
• Executing weekly settlement runs
• Processing invoices through Concur and general ledger
• Audit semi-monthly employee expense reimbursement requests for policy compliance
• Maintain various sub-ledgers related to capitalized assets, corporate debt, and operating expense accruals
• Perform budget to actual variance analysis for operating expense accounts
• Coordinate yearly 10++ distribution
• Provide quarterly documentation to audit group and external audit firms
• Systems: Concur, Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
