$20-$22 Per Hour

SUMMARY

Kilgore Companies is a progressive, Utah-based corporation in the business of sand and gravel mining, ready-mix concrete manufacturing, and roadway construction and paving. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our professional team. The AP Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting and payment of all invoices. This is an in-office position, no remote work is available.

Major Job Functions:

- Review invoices for proper documentation and approval and enter into Viewpoint software

- Research and resolve discrepancies

- Assist other payables clerks with problems/questions

- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status

- Select payment and cut checks for weekly run

- Reconcile EFT payments and accounts

-Ad-hoc tasks

- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage time and prioritize a large volume of work

- Possess enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
