Accounts Payable|Receivable and Customer Service

Position Summary:

We are opening our doors for the position of a A/P, A/R, and Customer Service at our Salt Lake City Location. This position performs various functions, entails answering multiple phone calls (often at the same time) and handling all facets of day-to-day customer service, including but not limited to: entering orders, receiving payments, and communicating with the accounting department and warehouse.

The company is VERY customer-service oriented and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. We have an established customer base with some of the best selections in the flooring market, and are continuing to grow rapidly and constantly reinvent our products.

• A knack for efficient multitasking
• Experience in providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel advanced skills

Your day-to-day work will include:
• Answering phone calls to help customers with proper etiquette
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
• Entering orders into SAP Business One accurately and working closely with the warehouse team
• Handling accounting responsibilities, including collections
• Strong data entry skills for expense reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in data entry and customer service
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes
• Familiarity with purchase order processes
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
