Responsible for coding and entering invoices into the accounting software.
Record credit card and check deposits into accounting software.
Maintain accounts payable within accounting software.
Print and distribute checks for vendors.
Assist with accounts payable month-end closing functions.
Audit employee expense reimbursements in Concur.
Edit any incorrect expense reports as needed Other projects as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Able to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours, and occasional overtime - usually during month-end closing.
