Robert Half is partnering with a local growing company seeking an Accounting Manager.

The Accounting Manager should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 5+ years' experience and strong GAAP.

The Accounting Manager should have management experience as they will be managing a smaller team.

The Accounting Manager should be detail oriented and a good communicator.

Any Accounting Managers with a CPA is a big plus!

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
• Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
• Proven technical skills
• 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of month end closings
• CPA/MBA preferred
