Job Title: Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Chinchwad, Pune
Qualification: BE Mechanical or Automation or related field
Experience: 4-8 Years in related field
Compensation: 4 - 6 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
• The person will be directly responsible for Making Concept of Proposed Machine Design, Final Assembly Design and Manufacturing Drawing Generation on Software like Solid Works & Solid edge.
• Should be able to do independently following -BOM Generation, Activity Time plans,
Design Documentation & Technical Sheets.
• Ensure fulfilment of design & development review, Calculation verification & validation.
• Ensure all needs, expectations & requirements of the client captured accurately.
• Develop test prototypes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in
design and development.
• Lead initiatives to enhance design efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product
performance.
• Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
• Should have Experience Working with Autocad / Solidworks / Solidedge for 3d Design on any of following Equipment or industry -Special Purpose Machines, Robotic automation & Industries like Machinery, Automation, Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Electronics & Défense etc.
• Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team
members.
• Maintain existing engineering records and designs and follow ISO +001 process.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion innovation, self-motivated with a result driven approach.
Key Skills:
• Diploma/Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Automation preferred), AM/SR.
Engineer/Engineer with 4-8 years of experience
• We are looking for Innovative Engineers having Interest in Machine & Automation Design, have Sound knowledge of GD&T, Machine Design, SPM Design, Robotic, AGVs, etc.
• Strong presentation skills, inter-personal skills, Cost Cautiousness, Team Collaboration, Written and oral Communication.
• Candidate having prior experience in automated door and gate Design, MHE Design,
Roof Automation Design will be preferred.
• Structural analysis will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
