We’re partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Scottsdale, and we need a talented Senior Accountant for an exciting interim project. If you’re looking to make a significant impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:
• Diving into the monthly close activities, managing balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, inventory, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accruals, and recurring journal entries with precision and expertise.
• Leveraging NetSuite to pull vendor data, set up vendors, and manage vendor payments seamlessly.
• Reviewing and enhancing the work of fellow accounting team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Tackling ad-hoc projects as they arise, bringing your problem-solving skills and innovative mindset to the table.

Experience That Will Make You Shine:
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Advanced technology skills, especially with Excel (handling large data sets, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Solid understanding of inventory valuation.
• Ability to quickly adapt and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Sharp analytical skills to verify data accuracy and dive deep into details as needed.
