We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Gilbert, Arizona. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, including processing payments and transactions, updating ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

Responsibilities
• Handle remote deposits and daily cash sheets.
• Enter customer payments into systems accurately.
• Conduct collections and credit references on new customers as required.
• Maintain and manage accounts receivable records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Utilize various software systems, including SAGE, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
• Perform account reconciliation tasks.
• Manage cash collections and commercial collections effectively.
• Handle billing processes and cash applications.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements
• Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Billing and Cash Applications practices
• Demonstrated ability in Cash Collections and Commercial Collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle
• Experience with QuickBooks and SAP
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
