Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven track record in managing financial processes. Key responsibilities include
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Managing month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Conducting variance analysis and providing insights to management
• Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Mentoring and supporting junior accounting staff

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
