Job Details

This is a unique position where you will wear multiple hats within our corporate accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience with tax regulations and tax accounting, and also accounts payable experience.

Responsibilities
• Assist with tax accounting activities including reviewing K-1’s, preparing/distributing tax forms (10++, W-8/W-+), and checking fund tax returns ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws.
• Manage accounts payable, review and verify invoices, and perform reconciliations.
• Investigate tax inquiries (such as tax implications and filing requirements), handle investor tax queries and research/review tax-related language in investor side letters.
• Perform ad-hoc requests as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
