What The Senior Accountant Will Do…
• The Senior Accountant will create and record complex journal entries
• Senior Accountant will prepare, review and oversee monthly reconciliations, perform research analysis and research complex ledger accounts
• Provide coaching and mentoring and possible supervision of other team members
• The Senior Accountant will analyze and interpret data to make recommendations on accounting treatment of business transactions
• Help facilitate efficiencies and develop, implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed

What The Company Needs In a Senior Accountant
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or 3+ years equivalent accounting experience
• Good communication skills with a desire to learn.
• Highly motivated to grow within the company.
