Our Manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our accounting operations, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to contribute to the strategic direction of our financial operations.

Responsibilities
• Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
• Prepare and verify the accuracy of accounting journal entries and ensure the timely transfer of accounts to the general ledger.
• Ensure all accounting operations are compliant with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Provide audit support for both internal and external audits.
• Maintain and implement internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Reconcile general ledger assigned accounts and inter-company accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple banks.
• Manage foreign currency exchange processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Advanced credentials such as an MBA and/or CPA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Previous experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Tagetik - Consolidations & Reporting.
• Experience in managing foreign currency exchange.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor financial controls and guidelines.
• Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports.
