Manager, Financial Reporting

Greenwich, CT

$150K to $170K + Bonus

We're seeking an Accounting Manager with strong Reporting skills for a growing global commodity trading company. Great opportunity for a skilled CPA with commodities industry and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
• Manages consolidated financial statements & IFRS compliance,
• Annual and quarterly global reporting,
• Individual company statutory filings according to local (international) GAAP
• Oversees technical accounting, and coordinates external audits and reports.
• Works with tax and legal departments, ensures strong internal control environment.

Requirements
• Minimum 4 to 6 years’ financial reporting or public accounting experienced required,
• Strong IFRS knowledge, technical research and communications skills.
• CPA/CA and commodities experience.
