We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the general ledger, performing account reconciliations, and providing financial analysis and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP, proficiency in Excel and SQL, and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the entire accounting process including the general ledger, account reconciliations, and monthly close process.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and operations.
• Assist with audits and tax preparation.
• Use Excel, SQL, and ERP systems to manage financial data and generate reports.
• Provide financial advice and strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and other projects requested by senior management.
• Train and mentor junior staff in accounting procedures and use of financial software.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
