Senior Accountant / CPA Candidate

Organization: Atlanta- (Faith-Based Organization)

Location: Duluth, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote once trained)

Salary Range: $85,000 - $+5,000

Job Description: Our client is a Christian, faith-based organization looking for a Senior Accountant or CPA Candidate. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Support audits and tax preparations

Qualifications:
• CPA certification or CPA candidate preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in non-profit accounting is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment:
• Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home once you learn the system
