SAP PP|QM ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking a talented individual to independently handle large implementation projects with a focus on Production Planning & Quality Management processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the team, adding value to projects, and delivering excellent results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle large implementation projects focusing on Production Planning & Quality Management processes

Lead a team in a functional capacity to ensure project success

Participate in project preparation, realization, and Go Live activities

Plan and manage blueprint workshops with clients

Define project scope, estimate efforts and timelines

Participate in RFP discussions and estimating

Provide creative solutions to address project challenges

Deliver billable components that meet customer needs

Provide support for SAP PP / QM module to business users

Design and build SAP PP / QM solutions, perform maintenance and support

Contribute to knowledge management and creation of reusable components

Qualifications :

Minimum 8+ experience

SAP Certification in Production Planning & Quality Management (PP / QM) desirable

Minimum 2 to 3 full life cycle SAP S / 4HANA Cloud implementations

Strong knowledge in SAP Production Planning & Quality Management Modules

Experience with SAP S / 4HANA (HCM / Success Factors) integration

Experience in Discrete, process industries & Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios

Knowledge of Sales and Operational planning, Material Requirement Planning, Demand Management, capacity evaluation, and production execution processes

Strong understanding of all Planning strategies

Experience with Quality Planning, Inspection, and Improvement processes

Client-facing experience with a strong customer focus

Excellent communication skills

Educational Qualification :

Graduate or Postgraduate. SAP certification is desired
