Job Details
• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Agency / Direct Vertical (Life Insurance Sales)
• Open for other industry candidates who are willing to make a career in insurance with minimum 3 years os experience
• CTC Bracket: upto 3.+ LPA
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
• Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
• Candidate must have own conveyance
• Candidate must be a localite

Key Responsibilities
• Visit prospective clients to generate new business
• Close the leads the organization shares to convert prospects and generate revenue
• In order to achieve the Direct-Sales Management's set sales and profitability targets
• Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market
• To promote productivity of the field force. Establish good working habits for the force, undertake productivity improvement drives, organize specialized training programs.
