About the Job :
Emeritus is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented compliance professional based in India to join our global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Team.
The GRC Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop compliance strategies, and promote a culture of governance and accountability.
The role will report to Emeritus’ Associate Director, Internal Auditor & Process Excellence.
Roles & responsibilities
• Audits :
• Assist in performing audit reviews by conducting process walkthroughs to understand the process landscape.
• Participate and drive discussions while reporting observations, highlighting risks, and identifying mitigation controls focusing on key IT risks.
• Prepare and track monthly action plans using the OneTrust tool.
• Analytics :
• Act as a functional / technical SME (for IT / Analytics) within the review and execute the review.
• Drive data analytics by mining and querying large data sets using traditional and advanced analytics.
• Present key insights to the GRC team and management using analytics on a continuous monitoring basis.
• Risk Management : Assist in finalizing the risk register for Emeritus and perform control testing for determining the effectiveness and annual attestation through OneTrust.
• Vendor management Review and perform due diligence from GRC before onboarding vendors.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Candidate having 2 to 3 years’ experience working on audits, including IT-related audits, and data analytics.
• Good understanding of controls framework, compliance, and regulations.
• Functional knowledge of analytics tools and techniques such as Macros, SQL, data mining, predictive analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience in creating audit analytics and presentation to Senior Management.
• Experience in performing risk and control assessments for Information technology areas.
• Can co-ordinate / collaborate well and drive activities at the overall GRC level.
