IP Specialist| Associate | Foreign Filing

Position Overview

Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated IP Administrative Assistant who is eager to help us achieve our continued growth goals. The Administrative Assistant will manage IP projects for our international client base. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You are self-motivated and want to learn new skills. Being a team player is essential to this role.

Skills/ Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Attentive, detailed and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Positive about continuous process improvement and willingness to learn on the job
• Experience from position with similar duties will be preferred
• Prior IP knowledge will be preferred
• Knowledge on MS Office & Internet
• Good written & verbal communication skills with fluency in English

Selected candidate will work on projects for US and Europe based Fortune 500 companies as well as top Law firms and patent attorneys.
