Job Details

Responsibilities
• Support all asset-related activities, including Inventory, AP, Purchasing, and Cash applications
• Responsible for Month End Close process
• Analyze GL accounts
• Post journal entries
• Prepare monthly GL reconciliations
• Ad hoc reporting as requested
• Research fluctuations versus trend and budget
• Maintain GL integrity and structure
• Assist with external financial audit

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA is preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts
• Proficiency in accounting software, NetSuite preferred, and double entry bookkeeping preferred
• Experience with financial reporting and interpretation
• Knowledge of tax regulations and balance sheet reconciliation
