LHH is working with a client seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role involves maintaining financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting various financial activities.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and reconcile financial records and manage transactions.
• Assist in month-end close, including journal entries and financial reports.
• Analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll processing.
• Manage vendor interactions, invoices, and payments.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support cross-functional team objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
