Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Specialist
• Accounts Payable:
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and appropriate approval.
• Process invoices in a timely manner and ensure proper coding to accounts.
• File and maintain vouchers and other supporting documents.
• Accounts Receivable:
• Prepare and process deposits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Scan and record checks received, ensuring timely posting of cash transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications For The Accounting Specialist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $41,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience)
