Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Accounts and Finance)

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as a Manager in Accounts and Finance. The ideal candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to the Surat/Navsari area. The candidate will be responsible for managing various financial operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly Ledger Scrutiny: Conduct detailed scrutiny of ledgers on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handling GST/Income Tax Work: Manage and oversee all GST and Income Tax-related activities including returns, compliance, and assessments.
• Inter-Company Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations between inter-company accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Handling of Audit: Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate audit processes.
• MIS Preparation: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance.
• Banking Compliances: Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and manage banking relationships.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to drive financial decisions and improve financial performance.

Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a firm or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of GST and Income Tax laws.
• Experience with ledger scrutiny, inter-company reconciliations, and audit handling.
• Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and ensuring banking compliances.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
