Key Responsibilities For The Controller
• Bill of Materials Inventory: Manage and maintain accurate records of all bill of materials and inventory, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee all AP and AR functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing cash flow.
• Sage Software Management: Utilize Sage for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyze financial data, and provide insights to senior management.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, conduct variance analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance financial performance.
Qualifications For The Controller
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Sage software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)
