Overview Of The Office Manager Role
• Oversee accounting, ensure invoices and billings are processed accurately in a timely fashion
• Manage the timing and efficiency of daily operations
• Provide backup for Human Resources in regards to Payroll
• Provide customer service for clients and changes in existing orders
• Coordinate with other members of the leadership team to resolve issues and complaints
• Supervise, train, and provide back-up for administrative staff

Preferred Qualifications For The Office Manager
• Two or more years of Office Manager experience in a similar role
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, and an accounting software
• Strong in leadership and organizational skills, with an eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
