Job description
Prepare monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting

Prepare timely compiled financial statements in accordance with firm timelines and with input from staff

Importing/Data Entry/Coding client data

Preparation of Payroll and related returns

Preparation of Adjusting Journal Entries

Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be communicated to staff

Preparation of individual and business tax returns

Special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

CPA licensed (KS) and MS - Accounting

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Experience with Pro Series, QuickBooks and Sage software applications or equivalent

Possess excellent presentation and communication skills

Education: MS - Accounting

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Travel: Local
