TriSource Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Temporary Staff Accountant for a client based in Owings Mills, MD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with bank reconciliations and possess strong analytical skills. This is a temporary position with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in bank statements and accounting records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the accounting team with other tasks as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
