Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team as an In-House CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing taxation, financial reporting, and P&L management, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department for all SBUs.
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, and P&L management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, and income tax.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
