Senior Accountant - Westborough - Salary up to $105k base + bonus

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for a start-up company in the retail industry. This role reports directly to the Controller and is located in Westborough, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and manage invoices
• Conduct vendor payment status inquiries and process W-+ requests
• Handle 10++ reporting
• Prepare checks and ACH/Wire payments.

Month-End Activities
• Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and review balance sheet accounts

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, plus 3+ years of accounting experience
• CPA preferred by not required
• Public Accounting experience preferred by not required
