Business Head - Luxury Designer Fashion Brand

Location: Mumbai, India

CTC: Up to 80 LPA

Experience Required: 10-20 Years

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead our luxury designer fashion brand based out of Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and drive expansion plans.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Sales & Marketing:

- Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure effective brand positioning and visibility in the luxury market.
- Manage relationships with high-profile clients, influencers, and stakeholders.

1. Operations Management:

- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure quality control and maintain high standards across all product lines.
- Implement best practices for supply chain management and inventory control.

1. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

1. Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
