What You’ll Do
• Perform monthly financial close of revenue and related accounts, resolving discrepancies for a smooth process
• Improve and automate revenue accounting processes, including managing a revenue recognition system
• Document accounting conclusions for new and modified contracts, supporting estimates and judgments per ASC 606
• Partner with FP&A on forecasting and reporting tasks, including reconciliations and tracking metrics
• Conduct deal reviews, provide Salesforce approvals, and analyze contract terms for revenue implications
• Collaborate on sales tax reconciliation and reporting with the AR team
• Work with Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal on contract negotiations, and enhance operating processes and automation with cross-functional teams

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA is a bonus
• 4+ years relevant revenue recognition experience, preferably in a tech/ SAAS company
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 with the ability to identify revenue-impacting terms in contracts and proposals; communicate the impact in a clear, logical manner
