Property Accountant

Responsibilities
• Prepare financial statements for individual properties/real estate portfolio
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, etc.
• Monitor cash flow for each property
• Collaborate with property management teams

Qualifications
• 2+ years' of accounting experience
• Real estate or multi-entity experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
