Role

KBW Finance and Accounting has partnered with publicly traded Life Sciences company to identify a Revenue Accountant or Senior Revenue Accountant. This newly created role is a great opportunity for a GL Accountant to pivot and gain revenue accounting experience or an experienced revenue accountant to gain additional operational and technical experience in a complex global company. Additional details include:
• This role will be a Hybrid / Remote 2-3 days per week in office
• Review revenue transactions to ensure proper accounting
• Prepare analyses, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Maintain accuracy of revenue within the GL in compliance with GAAP
• Maintain internal financial controls
• Partner with global finance teams on revenue matters
• Handle internal and external audit requests
• Process improvements and streamlining the revenue process
• Provide required information for SEC filings
• Ad-hoc projects

Qualifications
• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of GL accounting experience
• Revenue accounting and 606 compliance experience a plus
• Global company experience a plus
• Large ERP experience
• Microsoft Excel skills

Salary is up to $110K + Bonus
