The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the closing process. It is essential that this candidate has strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements
• Prepare workpapers according to monthly close schedule
• Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and availability
• Reconciling financial records with bank statements
• Preparing documentation for external auditors

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 3 years' experience in accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
