Key Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable:
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and statements.
• Handle manual processing tasks efficiently.
• Nonprofit Reporting:
• Prepare monthly board packets for financial review.
• Payroll Monitoring:
• Oversee payroll expenses in collaboration with program managers across 5-6 programs.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting
• Reconciliation:
• Ensure all accounts are reconciled and that deposits match.
• Job Training Program:
• Assist in the development and financial oversight of a new job training program as it evolves.
• Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies as they arise.

Qualifications
• Must Have:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Work Schedule
• Hybrid flexibility with 30-40 hours per week; hours may vary week to week.

Compensation
• Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
