The position involves actively participating in the daily operations of the accounting department alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Management Reporting: Prepare and disseminate financial & operating reports, analyze job costs for projects.

- Sales and Use Tax: Maintain tax schedules, prepare & file returns in multiple states, and be the go-to resource on tax issues.

- General Ledger Accounting: Post journal entries, review reconciliations, calculate commissions & bonuses, and support audits.

- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist with vendor credentialing, support billing, and AP processes.
