Are you interested in joining a law firm with a fast paced, cutting-edge practice in the Twin Cities? Our law firm, Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A. is seeking an Accounting/Payroll & Benefits Clerk. We are a mid-sized law firm located in the heart of downtown St. Paul, Minnesota with easy access to the skyway, public parking, and local events held throughout the city. For over 35 years, Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A. has been a trusted advisor for public entities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Representing public school districts, counties, cities, and other local governmental entities.

Our law firm is seeking an experienced Accounting/Payroll & Benefits Clerk who is a team player. Responsibilities include payroll, billing, AP, AR and data entry. Qualified candidates must have a 2-year accounting degree or equivalent, a minimum of 3 years of experience in professional bookkeeping, experience using billing/accounting software, Excel, Word and good problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with ProLaw, working in a law firm and experience with insurance billing preferred. The initial training period may require flexible hours. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
