Our New Brighton, Minnesota location is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst Onsite for the manufacturing center of excellence for Vascular’s growing Atherectomy business. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing cost planning, analysis, and reporting to New Brighton site leadership to meet targeted deliverables, as well as make recommendations to reduce costs, scale for the future, and meet regulatory compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Monitor the Financial & Operational performance for the Vascular Minnesota and Houston area manufacturing locations, comparing the Plan and LBE vs Actual results for different cost centers and GL accounts, analyze spending trends of different accounts, and suggest actions to optimize results.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering and other support functions in the preparation of Annual Operation Plan and LBEs for the manufacturing site.
• Prepare various report submissions from Operations and verify accuracy and reasonableness and submit to the site Leadership Team and Division Operations Finance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, key performance indicators, etc as required, and act as the Subject Matter Expert related site financial performance.
• Manage Planful system data, including uploading and retrieving data in the system, and reconciling the Planful system data with other ERP system data to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor, track and reconcile various balance sheet accounts, including Fixed Assets, Accruals, etc.
• Create reports / dashboard with financial information for the Operating teams considering business partner requirements
• Create tools to monitor and track the COGS, and analyze trends and comparisons vs other benchmarks.
• Act as finance leader and support cost reduction initiatives that will drive sustainable growth.
• Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations to senior management.
• Serve as the Capital Analyst for the Minnesota and Houston plants. Responsibilities include capital approval & expenditure monthly tracking, reporting, and analysis. Working alongside project owners for creation of RCE’s (Request for Capital Expenditure) in an iRCE system and providing Capital and RCE training to the site.
• Ability to form partnerships with Division Operations Finance , cross functional partners, and regional contacts required
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required
• Associates Degree plus
• Minimum 4+ years progressive related experience

Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance or related
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with Essbase, Planful, Epicor, SAP, or HFM preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or CPIM designation or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively under uncertainties and flexibility to meet changing priorities in a proactive manner
• Strong results orientation and bias for action including a high degree of initiative and self-motivation in understanding business needs and leading others to meet those needs

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
