We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager in the manufacturing industry, based in Fargo, ND. This role involves overseeing all aspects of credit, accounts receivable, and collections processes, including policy development, credit application monitoring, and resolving payment issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all aspects of credit, accounts receivable, and collections processes
• Develop and implement policies related to credit and accounts receivable
• Monitor credit applications and collaborate with sales managers to resolve payment issues
• Act as a liaison to ensure compliance with company policies and timely resolution of customer payment problems
• Provide daily support for Accounting Software Systems and SAP
• Administer system and enhance automation in credit and accounts receivable processes
• Approve credit limits and manage corporate credit
• Conduct credit analysis and manage credit collections
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and manage billing functions
• Audit accounts receivable and credit approval processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

8-10 years experience in AR/Credit

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently, takes initiative

Experience managing relationships with 3rd Party providers
