Job Title: Room Attendant

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Starting Pay: $15/Hour

Job Summary: As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, attending to guest needs with the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets.
• Handle guest requests and special needs with a friendly demeanor.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared to Hilton’s high standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
