## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. ## Duties - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter replacements, and equipment inspections - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities - Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot issues with logic controllers - Welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs - Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized maintenance projects - Handle residential painting tasks to maintain facility aesthetics - Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment ## Qualifications - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written - Strong electrical repair skills and knowledge of electrical systems - Experience in leadership or supervising roles within a maintenance setting - Ability to maintain a variety of equipment and systems effectively - Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities while utilizing your technical skills and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.75 per hour
