Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards that provide leadership with digestible and actionable insights on key operational and financial metrics across the entire bank
• Develop, build, maintain, and automate scorecards using Python and Power BI for manipulating data from complex internal and external databases/sources
• Maintain data and model pipelines in Python
• Learn and become an expert of core banking data sources and generate analytical reports as needed
• Maintain reference tables and master data for supporting the scorecard
• Work with various stakeholders across bank to create dashboards and interactive visual reports
• Gain a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to provide insights for improving bank operations

Working Conditions
• This position is performed in a regular office work environment. Must be able to work independently from remote locations and within the office environment. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We do not currently sponsor any work related permit such as H1B or Green Card.

Qualification Summary

Education
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or other STEM related field, or relevant experience to the job requirements.

Experience
• 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering or corporate strategy/analytics roles, financial services/banking experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge & Skills
• Programming skills in MS SQL, Python and Power BI at an intermediate level
• Ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate them in ways others can easily understand; clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats to senior executives
• Strong quantitative background, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Problem solver with ability to navigate a complex corporate environment while juggling multiple responsibilities
• Ability to thrive in high-performance cultures

• A constant learner with a drive to acquire knowledge and new skill sets
