A women-owned law firm (WBE) headquartered in Irvine, CA is looking to hire an experienced Trial Attorney to work on either their LA or SF office. Founded in 1+8+ they have extensive experience in all aspects of defense litigation and transactional matters. With offices in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Francisco they represent clients all over the state and even some international ones. Some of the practice areas are business, commercial, construction, employment, environmental, general liability, premises and product liability, insurance defense, and toxic tort. This role will be working on general liability and asbestos cases.

Job Details

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in defense litigation
• Extensive experience sitting first chair in jury trials (bonus if cases have involved asbestos/toxic tort matters)
• Experience with general liability, premises liability, auto, construction, asbestos and/or habitability claims
• CA Bar License and must reside in CA
• ABOTA member is a huge plus!
