About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding client needs and requirements through text queries, calls, and Zoom meetings

2. Setting up and scheduling calls

3. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

4. Identify customers' buying trends and provide reports to management

5. Maintain CRM information on leads & prospects

6. Be representative of TheBroThing in all official and unofficial events

You'll be speaking with some of the sharpest minds in the country on the phone and on Zoom, understanding their dating & lifestyle problems and if it's the right fit -- enrolling them into our coaching programs, which are designed to help men attract and date women. We're looking for a sales associate/business development executive with a proven track record of closing deals.
